i bought vidiu mini about 3 month ago.
Vidiu mini has so many unbelievable problems.
cant connect with cameras so many times,
so hard to reboot, so many unknown problems...
i wanna ask you refund or exchange to Vidiu(not mini) or Vidiu pro.(i will pay u more the price cap)
at the first time we received vidiu mini.
vidiu mini was detached from the box and almost rolling down in the plastic box. and one of holder was broken.
but we couldn't return it. cuz i didn't know how to connect them with the app (i got android phone)
(i spent 2 weeks cuz nobody know about that in korea)
i had to check it works or not.
and i had Xiaomi Yi action cam.(it doesn't work with vidiu cuz it doesn't support hdmi audio)
anyway i tested many cheap camcorders but i failed every times. but i succeeded with Sony x1000v action cam finally.
in these testings, i spent 1 month and more.
that's why i couldn't ask to refund in a month.
anyway i finally succeeded to connect vidiu mini and sony action cam.
but it still had so many problems.
sometimes it going well.
it couldn't read the camera's video with hdmi cable so many times!
so many disconnections (as you know, korea's lte internet is the best of the world.that's was not only internet problems)
and every time i got problems, i tried to reboot many times, but that was really hard.(pushed not-sharpen pin into pin-hole, but it doesn't work so many times)
but it worked very few times, sometimes it seemed to be fixed it. but the next day, it didn't work again. it couldn't show the video many times!
even thought when i streamed live, suddenly the video was going out. not working. so many disappointed viewers. but this is my job for money. that is very important to me.
those so terrible memories.
i've slept only 4-6 hours everyday, to try to fix this.
that was nightmare. i did everything i can do.
i thought that was hdmi cable's problem.
cuz i didn't wanna blame Teradek or vidiu mini.
but i just gave it up now.
honestly,
every time i do live stream, so many the other streamers asked me
"how can u stream like this?"
but i couldn't answer
cuz vidiu mini was so unstable as hell.
but if you exchange it to vidiu pro or vidiu(not mini)
(i will pay more the price cap)
i will let them know "use Vidiu!"
